How does it work?
You can design predefined scenarios that include teams and template messages, or you can initiate ad-hoc call-outs. Notifications are delivered through the Emergency Notification App, SmartPhone Alert. For redundancy, you can define alternative ways to reach responders, such as voice calls, SMS, or even pagers. Secondary individuals can be contacted if primary responders do not respond.
When the SmartPhone Alert App receives a notification, a unique RapidReach sound will play, and the message will pop up on the smartphone screen. Response buttons also appear, allowing the responder to easily reply to the call. Users can also view historical messages.
How to use it
SmartPhone alert along with the Notification Panel, can replace pagers and serve other applications due to its two-way communication capabilities.

Either use pre-configured blue buttons, a free text box or a combination of the two. In seconds you will be able to send an alert to all or selected speakers. The Notification Panel is easily configurable to meet your requirements:

Messages can be activated from the Notification Panel, a computer or a smartphone.
